Request Astrologer Account Deletion
This page explains how astrologers using Astrologers – Astro Pandith can request deletion of their account and associated professional data.
If you wish to permanently delete your astrologer account, please follow the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to support@astropandith.com
- Use the subject line: Delete My Astrologer Account
- Include your registered email address and astrologer ID (if available)
Our support team will verify your identity and process your deletion request within 7 business days.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Astrologer profile information
- Email address and login credentials
- Consultation history and chat records
- Earnings and payout records (where legally permitted)
- Stored preferences and account settings
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained for a limited period if required for:
- Legal and tax compliance
- Financial transaction record keeping
- Fraud prevention and dispute resolution
Any retained data will be securely stored and permanently deleted after the legally required retention period.
Processing Time
All verified deletion requests are completed within 7 business days.
