Request Account Deletion
This page explains how users of Astro Pandith – Talk to Astro can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
If you wish to permanently delete your account, please follow the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to support@astropandith.com
- Use the subject line: Delete My Account
- Include your registered email address used in the app
Our support team will verify your request and process your account deletion within 7 business days.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- User profile information
- Email address and login credentials
- Astrology consultation history
- Chat messages and communication history
- Stored preferences and account settings
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained for a limited period if required for:
- Legal compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Financial transaction record keeping (if applicable)
Any retained data will be securely stored and deleted after the legally required retention period.
Processing Time
All valid deletion requests are completed within 7 business days from the date of verification.
